SDA management for optimised returns
As an early adopter of the concept of buildings that will stand the test of time, in 2016 Property Friends built its first wheelchair friendly designed home in Cairns at the Bluewater Marina Estate. Property Friends proved that one could build, what we now call Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), in the most stunning locations and still make that work for both the participant/tenant as well as the investors
That was before any National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) was around and there were absolutely no subsidies to be had when building a new wheelchair – accessible home. Crazy – certainly from an investment point of view – but we did it anyway, we simply wanted to extend our gratitude by proving for providing for Wheel-Chair accesible accommodation.
Property Friends believes in being a good corporate citizen that enhances the life of all involved.

WHAT WE BELIEVE IN
Property Friends is an SDA Provider that believes in ethical NDIS SDA investment that creates a “win – win”, for both the participant, as well as for the investor.

Location, location
We want to contribute to the quality of life of participants by providing SDAs in stunning locations, with beautiful surroundings, in vibrant communities.

Long Term Cash Flow
We strive for long-term tenancies and prefer to customise the fitout our SDAs to the specific participant/tenant. This ensures long-term tenancy.

We Stay Friends
We are striving for long-term relationships. Over the long term we all can achieve more. SDA Management is a long term commitment of 5 to 15 years.

OUR EXPERIENCE
Property Friends is NOT a marketeering company! We have been in business since 2003 and with 76% of our clients being return clients and 92% of our business being referral business, this is not by accident.

No Kickbacks
We openly disclose our fee for service with our clients and invoice such separately from the real estate transaction which happens between the end client, the vendors of the land and the builders.
